Leading producer of agricultural products in Rwanda
ProDev Kayonza is one of the largest producers of agricultural products in Rwanda, established in 2006. We produce a variety of fresh produce including french beans, passion fruit, (dried) chilies and marigold flowers.
Through our local and export business, we strive to create employment opportunities for Rwanda’s youth and promote gender equality by advocating for women to work in managerial roles. Understanding the essential role of our farm workers, we maintain high social standards throughout our operations.
Our Farm
Our farm is located in Kayonza district, home of the picturesque Akagera National Park. The farm encompasses over 700 hectares of land, with water access from the nearby Lake Ihema for irrigation.
Our Products
At ProDev Kayonza, we specialize in the cultivation and export of a variety of chillies, marigold flowers, vanilla french beans and passion fruit. We ensure that our commitment to quality and sustainable practices is ingrained in every harvest, demonstrated through our commitment to achieve GLOBALG.A.P. certification by February 2024
